Processing Time
Once you place your order, we get to work! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotions, processing times may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your order out quickly.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship all orders via USPS Standard Shipping—and the best part? Shipping is always FREE. No minimums, no hidden fees. If you need your order faster, we do offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost, which you’ll see at checkout.
Where We Ship
At this time, we proudly ship within the U.S. only. We hope to expand internationally in the future, so stay tuned!
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package gets lost or delayed. While we are not responsible for carrier delays (such as weather disruptions or USPS transit issues), we will always do our best to assist.

If your order is lost in transit, we are happy to send a replacement with verified proof from the carrier.

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or your carrier before reaching out to us.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Return & Exchange Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
What Can Be Returned?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Not personalized or customized in any way.
Unfortunately, customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds & Store Credit
We offer two return options:

Full refund to your original payment method OR
-
Store credit or an exchange for a different item—whichever you prefer.
Who Covers Return Shipping?

For regular returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective or incorrect items: We’ll cover return shipping, but we do require proof (such as a photo of the issue) before processing the return.
