At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, we hope to expand internationally in the future!

What if my package is lost or delayed?

We’re so sorry for any shipping issues! USPS is generally reliable, but sometimes delays or mistakes happen.

If your package is delayed, please wait 48 hours—packages often arrive within that time. You can also call your local post office (not the 800 number) for tracking assistance.

If your package is lost in transit for 14 business days, we will replace it. However, you must notify us within 30 days of the original shipping date; otherwise, we won’t be able to offer a replacement.

Important Notes:
 • We cannot replace packages if an incorrect address was provided at checkout, so please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
 • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. If it is still missing, we require a new shipping address to reship your order.

Since personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned.

Yes! You can choose between:
 • A full refund to your original payment method OR
 • Store credit or an exchange for a different item—whichever works best for you.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

• If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
 • If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping (just send us a photo for verification).

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

We understand that plans change! You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order moves into processing and may already be on its way—so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and we are not able to make exceptions to this policy.
