What is Elora Inspire all about?Elora Inspire exists to create faith-driven reminders—products that don’t just serve a purpose but also encourage, uplift, and keep you anchored in truth. Every item we offer is designed to help you live boldly in faith and carry reminders of your purpose wherever you go.

Do you offer free shipping?Yes! All orders include free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does it take for my order to ship?Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on its journey.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?At this time, we only ship within the United States. However, we hope to expand internationally in the future!

What if my package is lost or delayed?We’re so sorry for any shipping issues! USPS is generally reliable, but sometimes delays or mistakes happen. If your package is delayed, please wait 48 hours—packages often arrive within that time. You can also call your local post office (not the 800 number) for tracking assistance. If your package is lost in transit for 14 business days, we will replace it. However, you must notify us within 30 days of the original shipping date; otherwise, we won’t be able to offer a replacement. Important Notes: We cannot replace packages if an incorrect address was provided at checkout, so please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. If it is still missing, we require a new shipping address to reship your order. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Can I return or exchange an item?Absolutely! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Can I return a personalized item?Since personalized and custom-made items are created specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you offer refunds or store credit?Yes! You can choose between: A full refund to your original payment method OR Store credit or an exchange for a different item—whichever works best for you.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost. If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping (just send us a photo for verification).

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit & debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?We understand that plans change! You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order moves into processing and may already be on its way—so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and we are not able to make exceptions to this policy.

What are challenge coins used for?Challenge coins are meant to be carried, displayed, or gifted as a daily reminder of faith, strength, and encouragement. Many people keep them in their pocket, on their desk, or gift them to loved ones.

Will my apparel shrink after washing?Our T-shirts are made with high-quality materials, but like any apparel, some shrinkage may occur. To keep them looking great: Wash in cold water Tumble dry low or air dry
